 Style Guide for Populace

Overview

All characters within the game universe will be based upon three physical body types: skinny, average and husky (Basic Body Types). We will begin character model creation by establishing these body types and making the subsequent models (three male and three female).  Greater variance will be accomplished through Clothing Styles, Hair Styles and Complexion.  All of this will facilitate the Character Generation System which we have established for the game.

Player Characters

Players will have the choice between either a male or female character with which to progress through the game. They will also have a choice of three body types. Player characters are adventurers in spirit and should appear interesting as well as appealing. Imagine they have a secret past or are about to uncover a diabolical scheme. The definitive question to ask is, "Would someone want to play an entire game with this avatar?"  Later players may obtain clothing and accessories to change their appearance.  (see some player character designs in Old Concept Art)

Non-Player Characters

The visual appearance of Non-Player Characters will be created based upon a series of determining factors (Character Generation System).  As explained in the overview they will show variety through three Basic Body Types, Clothing Styles and Complexion.
